When creating a Discord server, you may think about how to get members for your server. That can be very hard, especially for new servers. Here, I'll teach you the basic stuff I had to learn the hard way.
Partner with other servers -
Especially as a new server, it is very important to partner with other servers. In the advertising business, partnering often only means sending each other's ad to their own server. I can recommend partnering with servers that have the same size or probably are a bit bigger. I wouldn't recommend partnering with servers that require you to ping your members - that often only helps the other server and causes more damage to your server than it brings members.

Advertise your server using Bump Bots
Bump Bots allow you to use one command and automatically bump your server on many participating servers. They all have a bump command (normally {PREFIX}bump) that you can use to bump your server. There is a cooldown between bumps. If you want to reduce the cooldown or even get features like an auto bump, you can check if they offer perks if you add a bump channel to your server or if they offer premium tiers.
